Services & bookings

What services do you offer?
We offer NHS Pharmacy First, NHS contraception, stop smoking support, weight management, flu and COVID vaccinations, health advice and more. You can see everything and book an appointment here.
How do I book an appointment?
Go to our booking page, choose a service, and pick a 30-minute slot that suits you. You’ll get a confirmation and calendar invite by email.
Do appointments cost anything?
The services listed on our booking page are free 30-minute appointments. If a private service has a fee, we’ll always make that clear before you book or pay.
Can I get advice without booking?
Yes, you can speak to our team for everyday pharmacy questions. For anything clinical, our pharmacist will advise you directly.

Prescriptions & payments

How do I pay for my prescription?
Call us about your prescription, then use our secure payment page. Choose how many items are on your prescription (charged per item, with free UK delivery) and pay by card.
Is paying online secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a leading global payment provider. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure form, we never see or store your full card number.
Can I pay a custom amount?
Yes. On the payment page choose “Custom amount” and enter the figure agreed with our pharmacy team.
What if the medication is for someone else?
When you pay, enter the details of the patient the medication is for. You can pay with any card, the patient’s details and the delivery address are what we use to fulfil the order.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, a receipt is emailed to the address you provide at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
For safety reasons, medicines can’t be returned once supplied unless they’re faulty or sent in error. If something’s wrong, contact us and we’ll put it right. See our cancellations & refunds terms.

Delivery

Do you deliver, and is it free?
Yes, prescription orders include free UK delivery. You enter your delivery address securely at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched promptly and typically arrive within [delivery timeframe, e.g. 2-3 working days]. We’ll contact you if there’s any delay.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging. See our delivery & privacy page.

Accounts

Do I need an account to pay or book?
No, you can pay and book as a guest. An account is optional and just makes future visits faster.
How do I reset my password?
Use the reset password page, enter your email and we’ll send you a secure link to set a new password.

General

Are you a registered pharmacy?
Yes. Five Ways Pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC premises number 1119029) and operates to UK pharmacy standards.
