We aim to acknowledge concerns promptly and review them fairly. Some issues can be answered quickly, while others may require more time to investigate properly.
If you remain unhappy
You can check our registration at the General Pharmaceutical Council using premises registration 1119029. If your concern relates to professional standards, you may also contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
